In the book, the doctor said you can lose 30 pounds in a month if you're really focused...so I'm going see what happens with 30 days of solid commitment to myself, my health, & body image will do for me. Running on a 7 day streak so far so good!!!
The time has come to fight like hell for what I want. What if it's true? What if you could lose 30 pounds in a month? What kind of difference would that make in your life? It would blow my life out of the water. I would know myself better, I would know a part of myself I hope is there IS really there. I want to know, is it there?

You did great.. wow.. you will be under 200 again by tomorrow!!!.. I have been so off plan with stomache issues eating carb based foods so they digest easier than protien.. I am up in weight.. but not sure what.. I will WI tomorrow.. You, Dmac and I are all on our first day again.. lol.. so great!!
