Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and newish to this diet. As in I've tried it once for a week before a holiday then completely threw it out the window. I know that this diet works because it worked for me before, so hopefully it'll work again. I'm 5"4, so I want to be 108 pounds like Dr. Lewis suggests. I am currently 125lb.

thanks~~

okay, lunch was good, actually ate fish, dessert, veg and carbs so I was very happy, and actually I wasn't hungry. In fact, I feel totally in control of what I eat, and the great thing is, I get to eat whatever I want and not feel guilty!! This is a completely new feeling for me because I will usually instantly feel guilty if I ever eat anything carb.
