Really that is so great.. the Author we are marketing right now a is Jeanne Claire Probst.. the book is called The Fifteen Houses.. its a great novel.. what type of book is your wife publishing? it is so exciting to be a part of this world.. I love to read and really enjoy seeing pc's of art coming out! Let me know when she releases and I will pick one up.. send the word to all my book buddies.. yay

Ok.. there is a new challenge starting up from Dmac and it will be a 21 day challenge from now to Thanksgiving.. Im joining in for sure I need focus right now..
Today I have had about 7 bites of halloween junk food.. so now that is the end of that.. uugh

Yay.. was out all morining .. helps me to stay away from the food.. lol..I was shopping for my two big meals I am making to eat off of this week.. Shepherds pie and stew..full with veggies... yum .. I find when I get organinzed and have meals to eat i do not cheat.. I also pic up my favorite gf carrot cake from this bakery I love.. it called the Rice bakery .. so yummy.. I will be able to have it after dinner as 2 bites of desert.. sooooooooooooooooooooo delish..

I dropped the ball again.. its like I get to dinner and lose my head.. Im so not hungry all day.. then whammmmo!! I am way over my bites and have to start over AGAIN.. uugh.. I am not mad just disapointedn in the process being much harder than I thought it would be.. I will find my way I know.. just keep plugging away..

I am on my plan today.. not the challenge plan or the 5 bite 2x day plan .. but my plan
B) 1/2 cup coffee.. did not like it.. 1 pc gf toast with peanut butter and honey 5 bites on the nose .. Yay
mid morning, tukey roll up ( 10 cals) 2 bites
L) Lentil soup 7 spoons
mid afternoon-apple sauce 3 spoons
D) baked beans 7 spoons
late night nothing if I can help it!
I am going to do my best to stick to no more than 30 bites.. mostly vegan.. I am not a vegan but do my best not to eat dairy( allergic to it) and I stay from all forms of gluten (also allergic).. I love peanuts but they don't seam to love me..lol.. since beginning of this last summer I have gone from eating everything to Fruit/Veg/Meat.. lol..
Everyone do your best, try not to give up.. 10 bites 20,30 so on is still way under a normal meal 80 bites is about 1500cal.. 30 is around 600.. 10 can also be around 600 if you eating the snickers way.. so it all rings out in the end.. be kind to yourself all..

I spent the morning at drs.. So not happy with me again.. lol.. my sugars are to high.. I am banned from sugar now.. uuugh.. well lol.. that is not so bad there are so many other sugar subs out there that I am not allergic to..Yay..
Today I was 207 at office.. eeek.. more than I had thought.. funny thing is my clothing size went down..by one?? strange.. but its just a number.. I am looking much better ..

I am thensame way. The number in the scale is going up but my clothes are a litlle bit loose now.... Or maybe that was just my imagination

Yes I can have fruit but for now I am keeping it to low sugar fruits.. no harm going low carb.. just from staying on plan .. and being low carb I am down to 203.9.. so funny how fast you drop the water on the low carb in the first days..
