K.. the cleanse is coming to its end ..last bit of meds going in and then tomorrow I will start.. had thought it would be today but I read cleanse wrong.. lol.. its all good.. I am not eating anyfood today.. at all.. just liquids.. these liquids do have calories.. so no loss will happen I think.. we will see..

Hi all,., throught the pain and the flush.. feel so much better.. full of energy.. Yay So my man is on board.. we are moving this June to New Brunswick.. I have lived in the Maritimes before.. so loved how layed back and nice the people are.. the music is so great.. all is great.. So on our way we go in about 7 months.. My daughter is excited to know that are going to drive straight across Canada in my Jeep.. she is going to love it!! Me too.. lol

All do you have a food that you eat that helps you stay fuller longer? I ended up making a soup for lunch.. homemade.. yummy cream based soup.. had my 5 bites as 5 spoons.. within 2 hrs I was soooooooooooooooooooooooo hungry I wanted to eat something.. but I did not.. I am still sticking it out now.. its 5pm.. I am trying to push it to 7 so I can have dinner and not snack later.. gosh It tuff...lol

I love it really so I will fallow all of you and your amazing strength to always stay on plan.. Im sticking to it.. but tomorrow I think I will eat a much heavier based 5 bites for lunch.. and dinner.. lol.. I am changing dinner to be a snickers tonight.. veggies will not last.. I get that.. wow..

K.. time to get my little one out of her bath.. feeding her and putting her to bed .. then my dinner.. Twisted Evil

The doc says in the book soup is to thin and doesn't stay in your tummy long enuf to signal the full feeling

right here we go again.. I have so many problems with my digestion.. Im off plan for a few months coming.. Im going to be living on protien shakes and soups.. my stomache just can not digest any solid food... uuugh.. I am in pain and have had enough.. I am going to try and keep my soups and and shakes to 600 cals a day.. that is the same as two snickers.. well close to it.. the soups and shakes from the dr office are 1500 cals so I told them I will make my own,.. maybe my stomache will shink anyways with mininal fluid?? we will see..

you all keep it up ..I love to support and watch you all get there.. Yay bounce

I feel really bad for you that you can't eat! Can you try every other day with the liquids or something???? When I did the liquid diet this summer, my hair was falling out, but I was losing weight. I guess if you keep your calories low, you can't help but to lose weight, right? But that just sounds like no fun for you! I see your weight is coming down and that's great! ; ))))))) bounce

so I am good with the soup and smoothie way of life for now.. I might be a bit sick of it in a few weeks though..lol.. Laughing

ahhhh thank you Snow.. me too a bit concerned.. I can not eat anything with out pain.. uuugh.. Suspect

dr worriesa bit also.. I had a meeting this am.. and I am not going to fallow that plan as they asked... way to much pain.. eeek It is hard for the liver to take on so much liquid.. I am not sure what I am going to do.. at the moment I am just eating when I am hungry.. small portions with a digestive pill to aid in my liver.. dr's said try it and see..so fare its been ok.. we will see cyclops

I have not WI and won't for a while.. sorry but I just can't face losing and gaining right now.. my clothes are lose at the moment and that is good enough for me.. lol Razz

.. K I so want this extra 70lbs off off off.. my liver is not working with me.. so i am going to just get on with it! if my gut allows I will go back to 30 bites a day.. then go down from there.. I will eat them as I need them..

Today I ate

B) nothing..no tea
L) 5 bites crackers and cheese
5 bites snickers
D) dinner.. 10 bites ish..
so if all goes well.. I managed a day with 20 bites.. that is great.. we will see come tonight.. Very Happy

Oh.. yes my tummy loves me not..but it felt just as bad as when I drank my smoothie.. lol.. Cheers all!!

I am up and in a cleaning mood.. I have my god daughters bday party today from 1-6.. its all 10 yr olds.. except for Nina.. so make up and dancing party..lol Laughing

I'm just having a cup of tea now.

Happy biting today, I am guessing I am having a cake biting day..lol I do not know what is on the menu but lunch is at home.. cheese and crackers..

I hope your party went well. I'm so not a girly girl so makeup and hair is my hubby's department lol.. Just kidding, but he is the more fashionable one in our home and my girls put on makeup by them selves and I will paint finger nails and toe nails that's about it lol. I hope you did well sticking to the diet it's so hard when there's cake involved. Have a great day.

Hmmm well yes I did blow it.. I even had a late night rum and coke.. I was a fun party, full out energy.. wow.. needed a night cap.. lol cyclops

I did not go off plan bad.. I had veggies and a cupcake.. I took my enzimes for tummy and was only in a bit of pain.. lucky me.. lol

Today it is sunny and bright .. so we are going to clean out my jeep and put down winter mats.. build a gingerbread xmas tree.. and a candy cane christmas wreath.. my daughter is so excited..
