Hey everybody!

I'm a 20 year old, 5'7 and weight 143 lbs.
I would really like to lose some weight, and my goal is to have a bmi of 18,5, which means i have to lose about 20-25.
Would i be able to achive it in 6 weeks?

I would be happy, if you guys would help me out Smile

Yes.. you can lose 20lbs in 6 weeks.. if not even sooner if you stick to the plan as the dr. recommended.. you might do it in 2 weeks.. Good luck!

I think you will be able to lose that weight or at least get really close to it, but only if you work really hard those 6 weeks. I look forward to reading about your journey Smile Good luck.

How do you plan on keeping the weight of, when you have reached your goal weight? Smile

Wow 2 weeks :0 That would'nt believe my own eyes :b

once you set your hungerstat you will not eat as much once you do return to not counting your bites.. and if you do gain a few lbs.. you know what do do.. one to two days back on will drop them fast! Really cool lifestyle! You can do this!!

I know what you mean about being afraid of gaining the weight back. I have a lot to lose and I'm afraid of finally getting to my goal weight and then bam, gaining most of it back. I'm hoping that it will stay off. But I figure if gastric bypass patients can keep it off, so can we.

Hmm, havent been doing so good this week, havent stuck completely to the diet, but I have been eating healthy. I will weigh in monday!

Okay I ender up weighing in today..
Start: 143
Didnt foliow the diet, just cut out everything unhealthy
Monday 20th: 139,5 (3,5 lbs)
Again, didnt foliow the diet completely, and I did eat some waffles yesterday -.-
Today 26th: 138,6 (0,9 lbs)
Hmm considering I did not foliow the 5 bites, i did okay.
But now I wanna see some real big results!

Sorry I haven't been posting anything in a long time!

I have been slacking for a while, but I'm going on vacation in 6 days and I really wanna lose some weight!

How much do you guys think I can lose in that amount of time? I'm still around 135 lbs, i really wanna lose as much as possible Very Happy

Maybe I should just try eating snickers bars only? (:

Yes snickers all the way.. 10 lbs in 1 week for ladies me.. but you have to really stick to it.. nothing else on the diet! Good Luck.. Have a super holiday!!
