Hey skinny mini .. you are doing so great!!!!
Exercise LoL.. I put on some really great music and get to it.. I love Christian music, Country, Jazz, Folk.. well really I love all but the modern stuff.. lol Nothing like kicking my butt to Tricia Yearwood.. lol .. k have fun today. I will be working out when I get back from dropping Nina off at school.
Have fun my fellow " Excercise unlover lol.. hee hee

Dmac, the app is called "Eat Slower." I got the free one and I love it! It really is helping me to actually feel fuller and more satisfied with my food rather than just scarfing down my food.

You are losing!
That's wh at I have found with the Eating slower app. I feel more satisfied and stuff!I like the pro version though, because it keeps track of my bites for 90 days. my bites per meal, and day. It was well worth the 99 cents it cost to download it.
Another free app that is awesome is called Happy Scale. It figures the running average of your weight, and breaks down our weight goal into small manageable pieces, so you can see your progress!

I'm not claiming this weight b/c I vomitted last night. I'm not sure if my dinner came up or if it was just what I drank. I had my nightly cocktail and then my husband came home from out of town and I had one drink with him and I just didn't have enough food in my body to hold it down. Yuck!!!!
My knees are not hurting today, so I must have done my lunges correctly! Hopefully I can build up some muscle that will help me burn some additional calories without making me super hungry. I have to be careful with working out because it makes me eat like a fool!

I am glad you are not in pain in the knees.. yay I am still in so much muscle pain so I am going to break it up my workout into two session .. lol

I stayed on plan on Friday and received a very small .2 loss! But I'm not going to let it get me down. I'm trying to make it through this first weekend challenge on plan and see what will happen! I'm trying to keep my chin up and I know these 10 pound thresholds are really difficult to push through. I may not make it by Monday, but if I keep going, I will get there! I can't say enough about the one bite per minute and I strongly encourage everyone to give it a try!

I stayed on plan the whole weekend and it really made a difference for me this week. I've been stuck in the 170s for several months and I finally broke through into the 160s!!!! I may just make my birthday goal yet!!!! I'm going to go as hard as I can to this finished!!!!
Today is my squat day, so I'll be doing those later.
This is my meal plan for today:
b-nothing
l- plain baked potato w/nutritional yeast, steamed broccoli, 1/2 a strawberry, and a bite of pineapple (I will measure all this in a 1/2 cup measure so that I don't go over my bites)
d- 1/2 cup vegan lentil soup w/vegan ranch
