I hate insanity Evil or Very Mad I can't even finish the whole program. It definitely hurts on the knees. I decided I won't be doing any exercise unless I stop dancing Very Happy It did hurt my knees even at my lowest weight though, so be careful. Others can finish them with no pain so good luck and keep us updated Very Happy

Thanks everyone I have Ben on a few day skid I've dun good all day get home in the evening and have a free for all I'm thinking about doing a now until Thanksgiving challenge if anyone is interested we can start a challenge page if not I'll probably just post here. I'm thinking I can do better if I focus on a challenge and that would be enuf time to put me past my goal weight if I stayed on track the entire time that's 22 days including today anyone interested in dropping some lbs in November?

Thanks so much. Today I found my wallet that I lost while hiking last Sunday that was so cool very very lucky for me didn't think I had much of a chance but I kept looking persistence paid off Very Happy big time
Lets be persistent with the diet so it will pay off each time we fall get right back on track it will pay off

I am more proud that I'vE kept it off since 2008 although I've been trying to loose the same 20 lbs this whole time but the 100 lbs are gone anyway

Thanks snow white I'm only 5 9 and I've been bouncing between 170 and 190 and 169 is where I hit normal bmi below 25 so I'm close but doc Lewisin the book said we should push for bmi of 18.5 that's 125 for me the lowest I ever got was 155 I felt great but every one said I looked to thin butt I think after you stay at the weight for a while your face doesn't look sunken in and people wouldn't say that so much also people have gotten more used to me not being 285 so maybe that aspect will be ezer not such a shock this diet is already difficult but when someone says you look to thin its extra difficult but no one has said that in a while because I haven't stayed on plan enough to lose much weight

Had dinner about an hour ago and there is still allot left and its calling to me but I'm ignoring it

Warning this post is me doing allot of wining you may want to skip this one


So its the middle of the night I should be sleeping but instead I'm laying in bed full of regret I said the pizza was calling me after dinner I was ignoring that and thought maybe a drink would help so I had a shot of crown royal then had more ended up drunk and eating the pizza anyway I really need to stop messing around and just do this diet right again I have really struggled I don't Evan really know why maybe I'm some kind of mental case but dammit I'm frustrated with myself I'm drinking to much to often and I can't seem to succeed with the diet
I'm hoping that I can focus this anger frustration and disappointment into a positive and have it push me in a positive way but right now I'm really sad that I'm wasting so much time not getting where I want to be I was laying here and looking thru my journal and thinking 32 pages of posts frum me going on and off the diet for almost 3 years and I'm within 5lb of my very first post that is just stupid and I did it for a long time before I found this forum I am also afraid if i wasn't trying to loose I would gain allot
But I don't know what to do besides keep trying but it seems like a wast of time right now I normally try to stay more positive but I'm really frustrated and needed to get it out
