im sure you arent even going to notice it!!!! im proud of you for having the strength to still stick to the diet despite a party and despite the alcohol!!

what is an Arbonne party? I read it fast and first saw "airborne" party and i was super intrigued.

lol! It's a makeup line Smile I had never heard of it either so when I was invited I went online and checked it out. they have some nice products, but as with any line like that it can be kinda pricey. they try to tell you how much you can save and then compare the cost to the Chanel line....Um, who uses Chanel except for maybe the cast of The Husewives of Beverly Hills. So, I just tried the stuff, said it was great and didn't buy it for me. I think I'll stick to Ulta or Sephora.

I drink every day and have consistently lost weight, it shouldn't be a problem just be sure you are getting enough water to flush it out between now and then. : )))))

thanks for the advice Smile I popped a couple Advil when i got home just in case. I don't drink often, but when I went to bed last night I didn't wake up once-There could have been a earthquake and I don't know if I would have been bothered. I did wake up dehydrated though.

Alcohol is very drying and I think that is what causes you to retain water when you drink. If you are getting your 8+ glasses of water every day it will really help with that. I'm worried about something else...I have only gone to the bathroom once this whole week. I'd like to go again before my Monday weight in but since I just went today I don't think I'll be able to. This happened to me before when I was on this diet. I know that's gross, but I don't want anything extra weighing me down and not letting me see those numbers on the scale that I want to see. : )))

I've had this problem a few times. I found that coffee helped most of the time. you might also want to try to have one of your five bites with some greens (roughage) When I have a salad with chicken, that does it when the coffee wont. Smile

HA awesome, learned yet another expensive brand!! comparing to Chanel they should be ashamed of themselves with a name that on one has heard of!! ulta and sephora are riggght up my alley to chicky. I cant justify 30 bucks for an eyeshadow.

also, about the bathroom thing-- i do the same thing, coffee is kinda the only thing that helps me out. For me it kinda doesnt matter what i eat for my 5 bites, the actually physical mass of 5 bites is just too small to work out. Make sure you drink a lot of water too cuz the coffee will dry you out. I always find that when my weight is stagnant, this is likely the reason no matter how good i was on this diet.

Great idea, Jesabelle I will try the coffee on Sunday morning and if that doesn't work I'll have grilled chicken salad for lunch or dinner on Sunday. Thanks so much! : ))) Tea, you're probably right about the low volume of ruffage not doing much good...I'll try both and see what happens.

B-2 cups of coffee
L-3 bites hamburger 2 bites chili cheese fries
D-5 bites marinated steak and rice

I was soooo hungry today. All I could do was drink water everytime I walked in the kitchen otherwise I knew that I would raid the refrigerator or the cabinets. i am not sure why I felt like this-It was one of the more tortuous days I've had. I finally made it to dinner and I think that I will be ok. I don't think I can get near another glass of water for a week though, sparkling or flat... pale

Are you starting your cycle soon? Sometimes you can feel hungrier at that time. Also, I remember Dr. Lewis said when you feel lightheaded or that you really need to eat, your body is breaking down fat and that we must learn to ignore these signals. If that's what's going on, you burned some extra fat today! Be proud of that! Great job staying strong! : ))))

I didnt post my meals last night. I had a party to go to for my nephew-he just returned from Iraq, so they had an entire spread for the layout. I had a cup coffee for breafast, but then didn't eat until about 4:00. I am not sure if I went over 10 bites, technically. I think at most it could have been 15. Anyway, other than a stomache pale I was ok. My only complaint was my mom just has to stop with the pork Mad When someone says bbq I always think chicken or steak, not pork...Anyway, I can't complain too much, 4 lbs to my goal I love you

Thanks!!!! I am feeling really good. I even went into a slothing boutique and tried on these cute shorts. I told the girl I would try them on in the medium and she grabbed the small and said, "just in case" I tried on the small first and they fit!!!! I was amazed!!! Too bad they were trying to charge $75.00. Ummm, I don't think soooo. Next time I'll look at the price tag near the rack and not in the fitting room.

today was a pretty easy day. I am coming down with my daughter's cold, so that could be why I really didn't feel too hungry. I meant to buy Sucrets while we were at the store and I completly forgot Sad although, I can't figure out how I could forget when my throat has been killing me...
