B-Coffee
L-5 bites steak sandwich
D-5 bites spaghetti with french bread (bites were kinda big)

Worked out today for 1/2 hour. My daughter just wasn't into it and kept asking if I was done yet, so I cut 20 minutes out of my cardio.

I really enjoyed my spaghetti today. I was kind of sad to see my last bite roll around. I have really been struggling with cravings lately. Maybe I should up my water consumption. Well, I will try and stay strong until Thanksgiving. Laughing

B-coffee
L-5 bites spaghetti and french bread
D-5 bites steak and sauteed spinach

not doing bad. A little boring today. I just cleaned the house and hung out with the family. The only person who even ventured out today was my 16 year old daughter who went out on a date this evening to see Breaking Dawn again.

B-Coffee
L-3 bites chicken soup 2 bites orange
D-5 bites turkey sandwich on homemade sandwich bread

I finally finished off the remaining thanksgiving turkey. My husband was so happy to see the turkey gone. Now I have to start planning regular meals again. I made homemade bread today. i was out of bread and had so much flour and other ingredients left (soooo much flour) that instead of running out to buy bread I thought I would just bake some. It's kind of surprising how easy it is to make bread and it is soooo delicious. There is nothing like fresh baked bread. I didn't have any problems with taking 5 bitesbecuase by the time it was ready for me to eat dinner my family had polished off the loaf leaving me 1 slice that equaled 5 bites with my goodies on top Smile

B-Coffee
L-5 bites chili w/sour cream
D-5 bites steak and rice

I still have pie hanging around the house and my family is taking a really long time to eat it. I'm going to give them until Wedenseday and then I am throwing away what is left or I may find myself in the kitchen with a spoon crouched over a couple of pies. What a Face

I haven't been keeping up with my journal this week, so I will start today and try to keep up daily. It's been really hard for some reason to just sit down and take the time to go over my days. I think that it might be all the coffee I have been drinking. I just feel hyper... bounce

yesterday's menu

B-coffee
L-5 bites pep pizza
D-5 bites mashed potato and fried chicken.

i have been trying to get my husband to do the 5 bites with me, but he just won't do it. He's not really all that big, but he loves fried foods and pizza-you know that stuff that just isn't good for you. He gets home after a long day and eats his meal and then gets on the computer for more work related stuff, watches some news and then goes to bed. (most of the time after having some kind of sugary snack)I have tried to convince him that he should eat more salads, vegtables, etc.., but he just isn't interested.

Anyway, it hasn't been too hard getting back on track since my migraine melt down and today since I have been feeling my sweet tooth kick in I am most likely going to treat myself to a peanut butter snickers bar for lunch. Very Happy I will check in later this evening with today's menu.

Yeah my husband did the diet with me for about 3 weeks, he really didn't like it so he went to low carb instead. I was suprised how easy it was to get back on plan too, after 9 days off I was worried I'd go back through that 3-4 day period but I didn't, just right back where I left off so that is nice. Smile Your meals look great!

Yea, he really isnt interested in losing weight right now. I am sure when he is it will just come off Mad Most men frusturate me when it comes to weight loss. It doesn't suprise me that you were able to go back to the plan without any problem. This has become your lifestyle and your body was most likely ready to get back on track. When do you find out about the job? Everytime I log on I check to see if there has been an update.

B-Coffee (3 cups, I was bouncing off the walls)
L-5 bites peanut better snickers. (Yum)-Dmac, I've never had one! It was amazing!!!!!!
D-5 bites margherita pizza

B-coffee
L-5 bites peanut butter snicker.
D-5 bites steak w/blue cheese crown

Today was pretty easy. I was in Target for about 2.5 hours today so it kept my mind off eating and then I grabbed the peanut butter sicker on the way out for lunch. My husband set the tree up while I was gone so all I had to was coordinate the Christmas boxes so we have everything to decorate the tree tomorrow evening and I decorated the house until it was time to make dinner.
