Seeing Beyonce's Renaissance Tour on 9/14 in Seattle and want to be down a SIGNIFICANT amount before then! Still ping ponging in the upper 180s and have definitely been in a rut. Totally off my routine and not just with this, everything really. So yeah, 2 months to drop 30+ lbs. I think it's possible with CONSISTENCY and thats all I need. Back to taking things one day at a time. First items on the agenda are good sleep, more water (100 oz daily), some kind of movement this weekend and a grocery store run!

Need to lose 5-6 pounds a week to hit goal, hmmm, really trying to figure out how to do this the LEAST painful way. Adding more bites has always been better to manage, that along with at least two healthy/ketoish snacks as well. Thinking 10 bites per meal w 2 healthy snacks a day. Snacks should be no more than 200 cals each and should be protein, fruit or veggie focused. I've been counting bites here and there but haven't been with a plan each time I sit down for a meal. I was "winging it" on the amount of bites but the truth is, I'm not quite there to be so carefree just yet. One day but not now. Need to stick to a concise plan!

Need to lose 5-6 pounds a week to hit goal, hmmm, really trying to figure out how to do this the LEAST painful way. Adding more bites has always been better to manage, that along with at least two healthy/ketoish snacks as well. Thinking 10 bites per meal w 2 healthy snacks a day. Snacks should be no more than 200 cals each and should be protein, fruit or veggie focused. I've been counting bites here and there but haven't been with a plan each time I sit down for a meal. I was "winging it" on the amount of bites but the truth is, I'm not quite there to be so carefree just yet. One day but not now. Need to stick to a concise plan!

Not on track AT ALL with weight loss, very stressful time of year for me. Anyhow, will continue to take baby steps. I've adjust my goal so thats the first step.

Meal #2 - 10 bites baked fish with salad and vinegrette
Snack - 5 bites tres leches cake, 10 bites baby carrot sticks w tbsp peanut butter
Water - 100 oz DAILY
Other - 1 cup of Green Tea, 1 cup water acv & lemon
CW: 190 (-24.6 lbs)

Have not been sticking to my own rules! Still ping ponging and thats all on me and not being able to say NO to food. Went back to my first post on here and hope to get back to sticking to those rules as they helped me the most without feeling deprived!

3. One snack with no bites counted
4. Drink 100 ounces of H2O
5. Unlimited zero cal drinks
6. 1 hour workout daily
Meal#1 - 10 bites mixed salad or tuna w crackers
Meal#2 - 10 bites ramen with egg
Snack - apple slices w peanut butter
Drinks - small iced caramel latte w oatmilk
CW: 189.5 (-25.5 lbs)
