Starting 75 HARD today, will end on New Years Day! wish me luck.
Meal #1 - 6 bites chicken salad on whole wheat Ritz crackers
Meal #2 - 1/2 slice of chocolate chip banana bread
Meal #3 - 10 bites of 2 egg omelette with pepper jack cheese and 1 slice buttered multigrain toast
RULES
Pick a diet to stick to (modified bites for me, need to focus on more meal planning)
Drink 128 Oz daily (1 gallon every day!)
Two workouts a day - 45 min each (yoga in the AM, walking workout/pilates in the evening)
Take a progress picture everyday
Read 10 pages of non-fiction book (I will probably push this up to one chapter a day of whatever I'm reading)

Yes, it is a good change, but I think it helps a lot for that type of diet.

Back again for more! Definitely put on a solid 8lbs since the holiday and need to drop it, FAST.

3. One snack with no bites counted
4. Drink 100 ounces of H2O
5. Unlimited zero cal drinks
6. 1 hour workout daily
Meal#1 - 10 bites bbq chicken wing and Chicken of the Sea sardines
Meal#2 - 10 bites ramen w egg
Snack - heirloom navel orange
Drinks - Lacroix Passionfruit sparkling soda
Workout - Grow With Jo walking workout (1 Hr)
