Todays WI 203.6.. 3lbs last WI 206.3 Yay

I have a plan of action.. I am going to drink my shake and eat my soups just till I don't feel hungry anymore.. kinda like the Paul Mckenna plan.. 1. When you are hungry,eat. 2.Eat what you want (not what you think you "should"). 3.Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful 4. When you are full stop... Thats it.. sounds so simple scratch

.. lol.. funny how they all sound so simple.. but as I have to eat fuller meals I want to still lose the weight.. so heres hoping this one will work..lol bounce

Liver is still sore and does not love me.. but this saturday I will give it a complete flush.. so do not be surprised if you do not here from me on weekend.. lol lol!

I have a ton of stomach issues yet my doctor thinks I am A OK since my endoscopy/colonoscopy testing earlier this year came out fine. But I can't drink anything carbonated as it makes my stomach ache and bloat, I have to watch fatty foods as they make me sick. I throw up on a regular basis or bleed from the nether region. I thought I had celiac disease but again per testing I don't.. so I do think I'm gluten sensitive though because if I eat too much gluten in one day I will throw up that night.. it's so weird so I totally get having to do what your body needs right now. What does your liver cleanse consist of? I wonder sometimes if I need to do some sort of fast or cleanse or take enzymes but since all my tests come out that I'm fine my doctor won't tell me anything so I just live with it. Sad

Hi all.. I had a better day at the dr's yesterday.. but today I am suffering.. lol.. I am back on plan and starving.. lol Evil or Very Mad

Dr said you can eat wheat again in smaller doses.. well on the 5 bite its much smaller.. lol.. It is 11:25 and I am getting ready to eat my lunch.. but heaven knows I will not be able to go till 7 tonight on 5 bites.. eeek.. oh dear.. lol.. I am doing 15 bites a day.. 5 breakfast 5 lunch and 5 dinner

I think I am around 203-204 but I did not WI.. dont want to .. will do so in 3 days if I make it over those days... eeek affraid

B) 5 bites scarmbled eggs and tea
L) 5 bites of lentil soup
D) 5 bites of a burger

I have been drinking my water but am out of any carbinated drinks.. they sure help to keep one full.. must pick some up

Well yes and no.. because I have to drink so much apple juice for my cleanse.. my calories is still mile high.. lol.. but come tomorrow the flush is complete and I can get on top of 5 biting full out .. no juice.. Shocked

todays meals

B) 5b toast with pb and j .. with tea
L) 5b lentil soup
D) 5b meatball and potatoes

6 cups apple juice before 1:30pm 2 lts water before 9:30pm 1/2 cup oil and juice at 10.. flush day!!

I am sure I will not be on line tomorrow.. but we will see.. I am planning on a laying down only day to flush as many as those pesky stones out.. lol and to rest of course..

It is a liver flush.. to open up the ability to digest my food.. my liver is not showing it does it to well.. in 15 min I will do the flush.. take the weekend to rest my body and see how I feel .. lol.. have a great weekend all!!

Thank you Dmac..

The flush was aborted do to a very toxic allergy shock I went through.. just after I posted I started to get hives and breathing became a challenge.. by the time I got some benadryl I finally came out of it by 3am in the morning ... so no flush happend.. this weekend I have to try again..so back on the cleanse I am.. lol

I am completely vegan this week... all soft foods .. shakes and soups.. and boat loads of apple juice.. lol.. Im not loving apple juice Shocked

I had a egg today.. not vegan.. but I was so hungry.. eeek.. I have had one glass of apple juice and liver tea.. todays lunch potatoe soup.. snack.. if any apple sauce and dinner is a smoothie.. all fruit with coconut milk...if it was not for the appel juice I would be losing but I WI at 205.. uugh,.. oh well..

No.. drs found a very high amount of niacin in my system then testest me.. I am not able to process more than 10grams at a time.. after this weekends cleanse I will be able to see how things go.. LOL thanks for asking

Well it is flush night and I am getting ready for it.. should go fine this time as I am taking no b3 but instead a salt mixture to do the work.. I will let you know how all goes for sure.. well I am how I feel when done and so on..lol

I am down 5.1 lbs... on tuesday I WI with 206.3.. now 201.2.. hope to see myself under 200 by the end of this weekend.. I am eating much smaller meals now.. smoothies for breakfast and soup for lunch.. so I have sort of set my hunger stat again.. I am excited for real food tomorrow and have already pulled out a lasagna I made last week.. I will be 10 biting each meal for now.. I started hiking again this past week.. has been so much cooler out .. great for hiking.

Im just coming to the later part of the day.. my cleanse is done just a few last flushes happening.. I was able to eat finally.. I may have gone a bit over board.. eeek...but I am down to 200.1 as this am.. we will see if I finally got under the 199 mark.. lets hope..

Tomorrow I will be on the 10 bites per meal diet.. 3 meals.. if I chose to have a night snack I will save a few bites from one or more of the meals.. yay Cheers all!! bounce

Thank you girl.. yup totally on plan..

Breakfast was 5 bites banana
Lunch was 8 bites cheese quesadilla
dinner will be 10 bites casserole

this leaves me with a 7 bites for snack tonight.. I will chose it to be a healthy snack.. not sure what yet..lol

I forgot to WI.. will do next week.. last week loss is 5.8.. I am sure I will go back to 2lb a week.. that is my norm.. we will see.. Im good with that as my liver seams to be happy right now .. yay..

Today I had planned to have a traditional turkey dinner with all the trimming.. but las my liver did not allow it tonight.. was fun going to girlfriends for dinner.. just ended up drinking some coconut water and a bit of wine.. 1 table spoon sweetpotato mashed..

I am off to bed soon.. hopefully I will feel better in the morning..Yay

So fare I have had tea with milk 100 cals and 1 glass of apple juice 130caks.. no food

Lunch- tuna melt 8 bites 300 cals
dinner- pea soup 15 80 cals

with the juice and tea I think I am around 600 cal..

if I can keep all this down I will be so happy.. Yay.. I working today at home.. the book is so close to launch its crazy... Yay bounce

I'm currently here in the Philippines to visit my family and friends and also for some work related stuffs. I've been out the US now for about 5 months. I was in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and now Philippines bounce
