I just got back from a clinic check up.. I have blockage in my liver.. so tomorrow night I have to cleanse it.. tomorrow I am on food ... but all pureed till 2 am.. then nothing more only a bit of water for the rest of the day.. eeek.. This cleanse I have done so many times and I am always shocked at all the stone that come out of my liver.. wow.. It will clear out my over production of bile (now that I do not have a gallbladder) Before becoming really sick and having my surgery I used to do this every 2 to 4 weeks to keep me clean.. it cleanse you out like to nobodies business...lol..

I went to dr as I can not swallow again. So I am aloud to cleanse for a few days.. if all goes well I might be able to return to some eating.. yay.. if not oh well.. lol

We are in a race are we not?????? bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce bounce


Oh I forgot.. I was up at 212 affraid this morning.. really.. not fare at all.. can not eat but still gain weight.. uuugh!!!! lol

Ok.. cleanse day.. No vitamin packs.. Down 1 lbs from yesterday.. 211 now (on the nose lol).. I have only had liquids this am and am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo hungry.. I am having a club soda right now to make me feel full cyclops I have a pureed lunch coming up.. sweet potato mash.. yum.. My calories are going to be through the roof today.. but as I am dropping so much fluid out tomorrow I just might lose...lol we will see.

pureed food stops at 2pm.. no more food from this time on.. at 6pm I start drinking orange juice mixed with Epsom salts .. then again at 8pm.. at 9:45 I have to drink a oil mixture with lemon... and go straight to bed.. lie on my side.. bring my leg up and wow.. magic.. liver starts to move fast.. feels like pebbles coming down my stomach wall.. lol.. When I rise in the am it will all come out.. with two more Epsom salt drinks at 6am and 8.. then come 10:30 a pc of fruit.. 12 back to normal food but all soft.. I will rest the whole day to keep cleansing my liver.. it works great and I always feel so amazing the next day after.

Then if all goes great and I can eat again.. Watch out you two I'm coming after you..... lol! Twisted Evil Razz

Wow! The cleanse sounds really intense!!! I have heard of the epsom salts cleanse before, but I've never tried it. That could be something I might try during the summer when I'm home all day. It does not sound fun! Mad Mad Mad Mad Mad Sounds like your weight is starting to come down and that is awesome! Wink Wink Wink Wink Wink

Thank you honey.. its pretty easy... just hard not to drink or eat from 2-6 and then you have to drink bitter orange juice but still no food till tomorrow at noon. but other than that its pretty easy.. Very Happy

Hoping it goes well for you. Once it starts "working" how long does it take for you to be cleaned out...Like how long before you can resume a normal life and leave the house?

I was back to my normal self by 2pm today.. I will have to do this every 2 weeks to keep bile production down.. that is what they feel is happening now.. lol.. always something new.. being low carb is the best to ensure low digestion.. as carbs require more.. veggies has cellulose that we do not break down unless it is cooked well.. and I hate mushy food.. lol.. sugar cause acid problems to candida.. and well grains are attacked in the stomach as they are foreign... leeky gut stuff.. so meat and greens.. well they are not wrapped in cellulose and are not attacked.. thus my dr wants me to low carb it all the time.. I want to eat fruits and veg.. though.. lol Oh well..

No food as of yet.. I feel good and not hungry so I will not eat.. maybe I will have some nuts if I get hungry.

Low carb is great and it might be easier to stick with since it's dr.'s orders. Does the cleanse cause you to lose any weight?

yes if I do a whole week one.. but a 24hr one is about 3lbs.. but you gain them back as soon as you drink and eat.. lol.. so false weight loss.. lol

K.. I am going to try to eat on plan tomorrow.. I am wishing for no pain.. Funny thing is you go into ketois with this diet as soon as you stick to the plan.. even eating two chocolate bars is only around 35 -50 net carbs.. so its low carb too.. lol

B)tea with a bit of cream
L) egg on toast 5 bites
D)hamburger 5 bites

When my sugar drops to low and I get the shakes I will do as I did before .. eat a few (5) radishes.. 5 cals.. or a dill pickle also 5 cals.. nothing any veggie that is only 5 cals will work.. just some fiber is the trick..

I am going to work out per say.. but I am starting to do some muscle building.. but gentle.. calisthenics exercises.. slow and steady.. no cardio as I will not be eating enough for it.. lol tongue

I am changing my food today due to a sugar crash this am.. I had 100 calories of rice cake .. not bad at all..

B) tea
snack rice cake 100
L) half a peanut butter sandwich with tea 5 bites
D) Pasta bake..forgot I had it in the freezer.. yay.. 5 bites

L) quesadilla bean and cheese 5 bites
D)sausage, rice and brussel sprouts 5 bites

yesterday I had extra food -1 pickle / 2 rice cakes/ and 2 mini cookies... so If I can keep the cookies and rice cakes off I think I will lose more than a lb.. lol I find fiber helps out so much.. 1 celery stock or a pickle works wonders to keep me from binging.. only 5 cals each.. they are a great bargain.. Cool

K.. off to work I go.. have a super duper day all loves!!

yes it is soooooooooooooooo great.. but like you I kinda might have had a few bigger bites..lol.. I had a sore throat last night so I had a warm hot chocolate.. was only 25 calories as it was a splenda one.. but it was enough with my bigger bites to put me back up..lol

Just some thoughts...

I see that I must have something to eat every night.. while watching tv or even if I am working on the computer.. but I do not want to exceed 600 calories.. Evil or Very Mad I know I am a binger as I can not just eat one.. I must have the whole bag.. lol.. when it comes to food, whole foods are on the top of my list. Do not get me wrong I sure could eat a good MickyD's burger in a heart beat.. lol.. Now I can manage to eat nothing for breakfast.. but I need to eat lunch dinner and snack.. Last night I just had to have more for dinner.. and then a hot chocolate.. Really!!!! uuugh.. Im so weak.. lol Shocked

Q How do you all stay away from the night snacking? Any idea's Very Happy

If I'm good all day then I reward myself with a low carb cocktail. It keeps me from eating after dinner and your body burns alcohol calories first. So, I drink it and go to bed. You know I have the constant ear ringing and it keeps me awake and it just really helps me to relax and be able to go to sleep.

You poor girl.. you have tinnitus.. oh no.. my gosh that is so not good.. I had that after a very shocking event in my life.. but it did go away.. eeek..so sorry love.. xo Thank you for the tip Very Happy My specialist today told me a way to combat it as well..lol

She said.. stop the 5 bite diet and just eat when you are hungry, keeping your calories around 600 to 800.. that is the same thing but you eat 6 times a day, keeping your blood sugar regular.. She said as I am so hypo I need to be care not to fall into becoming a diabetic.. No chance of that I told her.. but she put her foot down.. food ever few hours.. keep sugars normal..

The race is still on though.. do not think I am out.. I have only had 450 calories so fare today.. so I am going to stay at my 600 goal.. that is like 2 snickers lol.. Yay bounce

B) half apple, carrot sticks and tea
L) half a chicken and veggies wrap
sn) fibre one bar
D)bowl of soup
sn) baked chips with dip.. still to have.. all 610 cals.. Yay

I am just getting ready to get to work for the day.. I had a very bad tummy last night.. sleep was poor Sleep I am starting to feel a bit better now.. but after some work I am taking a nap.. yay

Day 5- do not know.. I forgot.. to tired lol

sn) fiber 1 100 cal bar

sn) jello cup with whipped topping.. 30 cal

Total 550 cals..

thank you honey.. My specialist is write and is trained but not all people respond the same way.. this last few days I have not lost weight.. I have had major tummy pain.. uugh.. I am going to just try to eat as close to the 5 bite diet I can.. I can not stand the " Do this .. no no Do That" garbage anymore.. I am unhappy with all of them.. arrrg
