I had too much coke today. It was so hot and I was stuck at the studio with no bottled water in hand Mad I hope tomorrow is a better day Very Happy

I did that yesterday.. was so muggy her in the Okanagan.. is still getting up summer temps every other day.. lol.. I wish you a better day 2.. have fun in the studio.. that sounds like so much fun!!

So I didn't gain any weight today from my coke drinking yesterday Laughing We'll see tomorrow if I will gain any. I will be on the road from Friday to Sunday so I will try not to eat everything in sight. My dancers love to eat buffet on the show so wish me luck Very Happy

Girl all the dancing you are doing you need to eat.. gosh it must be hard to restict food when you are burning so many calories.. eeek.. no wonder you want to eat everything in front of you.. Razz

10 hours of dancing a day, yeah pretty exhausting but I love doing it Very Happy I will up my intake maybe after the 7 day challenge if I am still stuck or continously gaining weight.

I had another coke today Mad I think I am in need of caffeine so bad that's why I drink it. I have no problem eating 5 bites per meal time but just can't seem to avoid calorie filled drinks like coke. Usually in the US I am doing fine, but since it is so hot here, the thought of having some cold pop sounds good Exclamation

I also gained today which I was expecting yesterday.

I ate half of an apple today which is more than 5 bites. Tomorrow is probably going to be the same for my lunch. I will on the road tomorrow so I might not update unless there's a wifi hotspot out there Surprised Friday - Sunday will be a buffet treat for us so I hope I can stick to 5 bites. This is like an ultimate challenge for me. I think I remember Dr. Lewis mentioned this on the book, get a lot of foods and then have your 5 bites! We'll see Arrow

I would go on line and google low cal or 0 cal energy drinks.. they are out there.. I have been drining a new cola that is made with stivia and taste good.. but the very low cal drinks are made with spenda or xitoltal.. I think I spelled that wrong..lol.. I used to make my own drink.. cinimmon stick in a inch or two of water and boil then steep for 10 mins.. a pinch of salt and a small amount of apple juice.. was good to keep me hyrdrated.. but calories free not.. uuugh.. just drink h2o...lol.. I tried drinking water all day but failed when I had 200 ml coke Embarassed

Anyway, I keep on gaining weight which is pretty weird since I stick to 10 bites a day. One reason could be the sugar loaded drinks. I also just got off the pill. It's more than a month now and I am gaining since then. I don't know if I am pregnant but I think it is normal to miss a period when you get off the pill Neutral

Most likely honey.. when you raise insulin you make fat.. it sucks but true..I know you do no like diet pop.. but there is a New Coke Stevia out now and that is made all natural.. also there is another called Zevia..

Check out these two link honey.. see if you can find either to help you with dropping straight sugar drinks

I only drink a lot of soda or sports drinks when I dance, which is pretty much everyday Mad I dance 8 hours a day most of the time. But when I was in the US, I only drink them twice a month. I think it's because it's too hot here. I can't wait to go back... 3 more weeks!

I was sick yesterday. I literally passed out during rehearsal Evil or Very Mad Then I had some soup for dinner. The doctor advised me to eat more since I am very active. So the plan is to eat one big meal a day, preferably before midday. I just can't eat anything after 6 PM and if I slip up, my stomach doesn't like it. I can eat some light snack for breakfast and dinner if I need to but I am thinking of just drinking green tea before bed.

I really want to continue doing 10 bites a day but the doctor said I can't do it right now and should try her recommendations first, so wish me luck Very Happy
